TEASER TRAILER - June 25th, 2018

After 2 years of production kept in complete secret, the initial announcement of the film was met with surprise by many . The first trailer pays homage to the original VHS Teaser trailer, voiced single-handedly by Eric Idle. The trailer was entirely edited by Jack Willet, known through his more successful YouTube alter-ego, "TheMasterPooper".

With an adapted score by the Tuggster Intensifies and eye animation by Jacob Jarrett,

this original video got the ball rolling for a general

audience's conceptual interest in the film.

As principal photography continued into the fall, much was unfelt unsaid about the film after the first trailer. Because of this, the second trailer aimed to give a better taste of the comedic tone of the film to come in the summer. A parody of a rare Japanese trailer edited for the original film, this trailer showed the audience a variety of scenes that were intended to generate hype. I hope it did its job.

Immediately after seeing the first teaser for The Rise of Skywalker (2019), I threw this trailer together in about a day in order to ride the hype beast. It was the first "official" trailer because it didn't aim to capture the feeling of a trailer from the original film, and I wanted to make sure it showed off the visual style and scope of the film better than any of the other trailer could have.

FINAL TRAILER - July 24, 2020

Inspired by the film VICE (2018), this trailer, which we thought would be the last, aims to cater to a general audience and highlight the comedic elements of the film. It is my personal favorite of all the trailers we made.

After releasing half the movie in installments only to rethink our strategy and recut the film, this final trailer exists to promote the completed film, in its entirety, as well as to clearly jolt the audience out of their comfort zones.
